Cindy has been a tax manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers since 1986, specializing in corporate and expatriate tax since 1993. Cindy’s work with Coopers & Lybrand/PWC dates back to 1982. She has also worked with Legal Research Center as a specialist editor and subject matter expert since the early 1980s. She was a federal clerk for Judge Diana E. Murphy from 1978-1980. Cindy graduated fifth in her class at William Mitchell College of Law in 1979, specializing in taxation. She also attended graduate school at Washington University and graduated cum laude from the University of Minnesota in 1974. In addition to her PwC and LRC responsibilities, Cindy also works actively as an arbitrator for NASD (www.nasd.com), the leading private-sector provider of financial regulatory services.
