A defendant can moved for partial judgment on the pleadings under Pa. R. Civ. P. 1034 regarding any portion of a plaintiff’s claim for damages under Pa. Stat. Ann. tit. 73, § 201-1 et seq.  Where plaintiff has failed to plead any facts which would if proven establish its right to relief under any section of the unfair trade practices law, defendants would be entitled to judgment on pleadings based on Pa. Stat. Ann. tit. 73, § 2-201 et seq.
