A plaintiff has a right to a jury trial as provided in 5 V.I.C. § 321, as that provision is incorporated by LRCi 38.1.  This statutory right, in turn, has been made applicable to the Superior Court by 4 V.I.C. § 83.  Caron v. First Penn. Bank, N.A., 16 V.I. 169, 172 n.3 (Terr. Ct. 1979).
