The statute of limitations on a claim of malpractice or negligence against an insurance agent where the injury is to personal or real property is three years.  Tenn. Code Ann. § 28-3-105 (1999).  The statute of limitations on a property tort action, which includes loss of property value from fraud or deceit, is also three years.  Id.
